i’ve made a cute little pair of little monsters for the “little monster” that’s currently baking inside me. i thought it would be a good chance to try out a new style of eyes. instead of the plastic eyes i normally use, i needle felted some “happy” eyes on. i’d really love to hear what people think. these particular monsters won’t be up for sale, but if i get good responses to the new style, i will probably make more like them.

this little guy has been languishing in my knitting basket, just waiting to be finished. i finally took the time today and added his sad little eyes. now he’s ready for a new home! you can find him on etsy, just click the image and it will take you there!

I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth! I’m sorry it’s been so long since I’ve added new items to the stores, but I’ve been rather busy. In July I found out that I am pregnant. Since then things have been in a bit of a whirlwind. I’ve had a lot of pregnancy related back problems, and I haven’t been able to knit much at all. Sitting for more than a half hour or so makes everything flare up, so my knitting time has been significantly cut back. What little time I have been able to knit has been spent making things for the new arrival. She’s due in the beginning of January. I’ll be taking a couple months off from work, and I am hoping to use some of that time to be able to update the shop. I’m hoping to get a new, easier to use interface and shopping cart system as well. So look forward to new items and changes in the new year! Until then, have a happy holiday season!
